Good workdeservesgood evidence.

We interview one of your customers, check the details against your project records, and write a case study and a one-page sales sheet your team can use. The Customer Evidence Pack is made for B2B service companies that have done good work and need prospects to see it.

How it works

Investigate

We review your project materials and interview your customer.

Verify

We check important claims against the records you can share and flag what is still open.

Communicate

We write the case study and sales sheet for your review and the customer’s approval.

A good testimonial rarely tells the whole story.

A customer may love working with you. But a prospective buyer still wants to understand what the problem was, what changed, and how your company contributed.

Those answers are often buried in project records or conversations nobody documented. We find them and write a case study your team can put to work.

The person behind the findings

I’m Court Bishop. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in copywriting, advertising, and content strategy, including roles at the Tampa Bay Times and Media Garage Group. As a freelance B2B writer and strategist, I’ve developed content for brands including Vimeo, Atlassian/Trello, Zendesk, and RingCentral.

I’ve always been interested in the details people overlook. I notice patterns, ask questions, and look for the angle that makes a story worth telling.

That’s the thinking behind The Findings Office. I investigate completed work, find the details that matter, and turn them into stories prospective customers can actually use.
